We found what we wanted quite quickly and were given sound advice. Sandra was helpful but not pushy and we trusted what she had to say. The trial option was s key factor in us making the decision to buy. Sandra was charming and we both found the experience a pleasant one.

I was given time, on entering the shop, to browse - before I looked for anyone to ask questions. I appreciated this. There is nothing worse than being bombarded as soon as you walk through the door. Once I approached one of the sales staff, I asked for what I was looking for, and immediately shown where I could find it. Then given advice on the products & allowed to browse until I required any help. An order was placed immediately, and it was good that I could choose a delivery day. The salesman was very professional.

Very pleasant greeting when we arrived. We were offered a hot drink. We were given a good explanation of what was available. When we decide to make a purchase, we were given a variety of dates from which to choose a suitable delivery. We were told we could change the delivery date subsequently if it proved unsuitable. We were also told that if we could find a similar product else where that was cheaper, Dreams would price-match and add £10, which we felt was very fair. All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
