Had visited the retail park in Shirley. Had visited Bensons for beds first and was not satisfied with my experience there. However the staff in dreams were very helpful, friendly and completely aware of working around my time constraints.

It was a fast and efficient process; no over sell; knowledgeable and friendly staff. Just what we needed.

Sales person was helpful, without pestering us. As soon as we had made our decision, she was quick and friendly processing our order.

The assistant was very pleasant and helpful and listened to all my questions and answered them. She also made my husband and I a lovely cup of tea.

Very friendly chap in store, Chris. Gave me the information I needed, no pressure to buy. Showed me every option and it made sense to buy the bed base then. Loved the fact he was happy to spend time with me after I said I was wanting to look at ottomans.

The store was bright and clean. The salesman was very helpful and appeared to be knowledgable about the beds. He gave us plenty of time to look without being too pushy or needing to follow us around. He offered us a much needed coffee giving us time to chat about our thoughts on the Best Buy for us. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive bed.

Very helpful staff and all-round easy purchase

The whole experience of buying a divan bed, the colour choices available and the headboard was excellent, thanks to the professionalism of the staff.
