We wanted to buy a mattress as ours has seen better days. We weren't sure what sort we were looking for but one of the sales assistants came to our rescue and was very helpful explaining the differences. We were surprised at the variety and would have been lost without the extra help. The signs are pretty clear but it's always nice to get the personal service.

Sales assistant was professional, polite and welcoming, listened to what we wanted and assisted and suggested on choosing the products we required, even made us a drink while we went through the paper work.

The sales assistant was fantastic, very helpful but not pushy and gave me time to look around at my own pace. Saw online that there would be a delivery charge and 4-6 wk delivery time. Went to look at the beds in store, told Delivery was free and could deliver within 5 days..... Fantastic!

We were greeted on our arrival. We explained our requirements and recommendations were made. We were offered tea or coffee.

Both salesmen that I spoke to during 2 visits were very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy.

We were looking for a standard divan for a spare bed, however it was very useful having some assistance in understanding the pricing and the various type of mattresses available. The assistant was very knowledgeable and pleasant without being pushy and we were pleased with the service we received.

Ease of order

We were after a headboard ,but was not happy to pay delivery for a weekend delivery. The assistant was very happy to discount the delivery charge.
