The staff within the store both Noel and Mark were very helpful in understanding that I did not want to spend a fortune but still to know that the quality of the mattresses were good

I previously brough a bed from dreams 5 years ago different store so expected good quality. The salesman who assisted me answered my questions with ease, and even when i said i was popping to a different company to see what they had, and might be back ,i was still given curtesy, and when i came back 15 minutes later the salesman was not in view but another person offered me a coffee and went to tell him i was back This in itself made me feel a valuable customer I ordered the item got my delivery date ordered a headboard got my deleivery date all with ease

Very satisfied with the service offered, the salesman Noel was knowledgeable, explained the types of matrasses and the benefits, showed us with the means of a shaped template the advantages of pocket springs and memory foam matrasses. Not yet received the mattress, we hope it measures up to the service we received. Suggest you consider a salary increase for your salesman Noel!!! Regards Geoff Phillips

Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. He gave us information as we required it, left us to think about our choice but was available if we had questions. We were able to take out time making our choice once we have been given all the information we needed to make the choice. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the offer of coffee was also welcome.

Faye was a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable assistant, who provided appropriate information and gave us time to think about it.

I was highly satisfied because the member of staff who served us (Faye) was a consummate professional who showed great knowledge of the products in the store and her people skills were second to none.

We were very pleased with the salesman he was very helpful and very friendly,helped us with the measurements we needed,to fit a bed in our small room,we were very,very,pleased and will go back when we need a new bed for our spare room,also loved your bed sets.

We were given very good extensive information by Mark, which helped us make an informed decision on the mattress that we wished to purchase. All the staff are very friendly at the Solihull store and made it a pleasant experience.
