Noel, the guy who assisted us was extremely nice and helpful.

We were greeted on arrival with a friendly service. Offered drinks whilst we decided our decision. He explained the different beds and the colour coded system. Very happy with the friendly service

Mark the gentleman who served us was very helpful and lets us look round rather than following us like all the other stores

Noel was very friendly and knowledgeable, he informed us about the products were were interested in but also allowed us to browse and test the beds at our own leisure. A drink was offered to us while ordering and the process was very relaxed and easy. It was an A* service and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new bed.

Chris was very helpful and understanding and patient...nothing was too much trouble ...excellent product knowledge and customer service ....explained everything in plain english .....enjoyable visit ....came away knowing so much about a mattress !

Noel has been the person who helped us to choose our bed in such a way that both me and my partner would be happy with our choice. Looked after us very nice, made us a hot chocolate, allowed us to try both pillows and beds in order to make up our minds which one would fit out needs better. Extremely helpful and friendly made our visit more of a pleasure that we didn't feel like we were there to spend a considerable amount of money. Overall, I did recommended your shop to my sister in law as she needs to buy a new bed and she will probably go as well next week to purchase it. It never been so easy and pleasant to buy anything before. Well done!!!

Assistant was very knowledgeable about the range of products available,advising on price range, design, and comfort levels. We did not feel hurried or pressurised by the sales assistant into making a purchase.
