Whilst the assistant was very helpful and knowledgable I felt he gave me time and space to view the products and when I was ready he was their for me to offer further advice and assistance. He was extremely professional and a credit to Dreams.

Chris who works in your Solihull store was fantastic. He knew everything I wanted to know and even stayed past the time his working hours to ensure I got everything needed and was able to make the purchase. He's a credit to your company and I'd specifically travel from Coventry to that store to use Chris for advice again.

The sales assistant fully explained the various mattresses available but did not make us feel pressured to buy.

Noel listened to what we were looking for, and showed us a good range of mattresses. He gave us the space to try and test, and didnt make us feel pressured into buying. He understood what we were looking for. He had good product knowledge and was friendly.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by staff. I was given a little time to browse before being approached which I appreciated as I don't like being pressured. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable, she put me at ease right away and was able to help with my requirements. She went through all options and made sure I was satisfied before proceeding to place my order.
