Really good customer service, got the bed I wanted, and it was a great price. (Hasn't been delivered yet, so it's possible you could still mess up, but currently it's looking good!)

Faye was friendly, knowable and a pleasure to talk to. We were offered refreshments which was welcomed. No pressure sales, perfect.

Mark was very helpful, advised us of all the options available, offered us lower priced mattress as an alternative, gave us time to think about it, was not pushy. Overall my daughter and I left the store feeling very happy with our purchase and the service given. I think Mark is a credit to the store. Well done.

Excellent service, Mark had good knowledge of the products, he listened to and acted upon our needs. Gave us time to consider the options and was in no way pushy. My daughter and I were very happy with the purchase and the service received.

The staff were all friendly and polite without being pushy. The assistant was very knowledgable, spent a lot of time with us advising and was very patient. He gave us time to discuss between ourselves on finalising our decision.

The assistant asked us questions to understand what we were looking for. Which meant she could give recommendations suitable to our needs. She spent time showing us different options and was not trying to sell us the most expensive product.
