The staff were very pleasant . Chris that served me was very knowledgable about the products and understood exactly what I wanted and needed . Couldn't have asked for more .

The knowledge and time spend by the individual was fantastic. There was no pressure however they really knew there stuff.

Assistant understood what we wanted and gave us several quality options. Refreshments offered but declined, a nice touch.

We visited our local solihull store more than once when deciding which mattress to buy. The staff were most helpful, informative, and very friendly but not pushy. We were even offered a choice of hot drinks. Mark was very helpful and obliging, leaving us alone to try the products, and explaining information when needed. Noel the store manager was also very helpful in trying to get us the best deal. When we finally decided which mattress to purchase, Mark was again very helpful and took us through the order very efficiently. Darren was also vey helpful, and even managed to get us a better deal, without us really pressing the idea. We have our mattress delivery date soon, so I cant comment on how thats gone yet. But, our impression of Dreams is both excellent and efficient and great value for money. Well done to all the staff that helped us in our purchase. We bought a Tempur mattress and 2 pillows.
