Dreams - Solihull

Chris welcomed me to the store and gave me a quick quided tour and explained the colour coding. I asked him to leave me to browse and he was easily available once I had some questions. He then helped me decide between the 2 beds I'd selected. We sat down to complete the order, over a great mug of coffee, and I ended up buying the 8 year cover for bed and mattress. I don't usually buy such policies but Chris explained it so well. Great experience. So much better than I'd just had in Bensons.

Excellent customer service. Mark was extremely helpful and supported us throughout the whole of the bed buying process. Could not fault him or the other friendly members of staff within the Shirley store.

We were invited to try out different mattresses to enable us to make an informed choice. The staff member was courteous and helpful and even offered us a hot drink! We have a delivery date for the two mattresses we bought - obviously I can't comment further as the date is still a week away, but we were told we would be contacted by the delivery driver prior to his arrival

All the staff were knowledgeable, polite and appeared relaxed and happy in the work. They came across as confident with their information and told us about the beds without any pressure for us to make a decision. We enjoyed going into the store and would recommend Dreams to our family and friends.

We were exceptionally grateful to have someone who went through all aspects of what we wanted. Christopher went through everything from what type of mattress, pocket sprung or memory foam, to what tension was required. We enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend you to anyone.

Sam clearly explained the difference in mattresses and showed us the different beds that we were interested in. She made us feel very welcome and altered the pillows when they weren't right.

We had been to another bed store (competitor ) and were not happy with the approach by the member of staff there so we were passing dreams and decided to go in and were pleasantly surprised at the welcome and helpfulness of the member of staff without being hounded around the shop. The whole process was a pleasant experience .

Straight in, we knew what we wanted, and after the assistant told us the facts, we purchased and left happy
