we arrived knowing pretty much what we wanted. the store rep was poliote and didn't try to over sell or push other products, which I find very annoying anyway. I wanted a mattress and found one, pointed out by your rep and bought it. the perfect shopping experience for me. we will probably be back to buy a new base in the near future. regards Martin.

We knew what we wanted, but the sales assistant explained the different specifications to enable us to make a final choice. Very clear, no "pushing" for the sale, which is a big plus! Overall, very good.

Although very busy an assistant came over as soon as they were free and helped me with my choice. Noel gave me all the options available and demonstrated all the ottoman beds. Not pushy in selling me anything he let me ponder and look and try the mattresses.

Although we were looking to buy a mattress we also bought expensive pillows at the same time. We didn't expect to do this but the Dreams salesperson helped us to consider the whole experience of having the right mattress and pillows to go with it and how important that is.
