My son had recently purchased a bed from you which was quite expensive me being 81 could not afford that price, thought I may get a discount haha no comments. We told the sales assistant what we needed and our budget and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very fast and efficient.

Sam was very patient with us in taking our time, was very friendly, gave us valuable advice and product knowledge, answering any questions and providing reassurances. We were offered a coffee and treated exceptionally. Sam's customer service is second to none.

My husband was in a wheelchair which made manoeuvring him around difficult but we were approached almost immediately by Daren who was helpful but never pushy, made a great cup of coffee and when we needed to amend our order due to measurement constraints was just as helpful. All the staff were great. The only thing I would change is to alter the car parking right in front of the store as it made getting the wheelchair up and into the premises difficult as cars were parked over the disabled access. Also we used the toilet facilities and found these clean and very user friendly.

Darren was very helpful. He directed us to the type of bed we wanted and explained the differences. He demonstrated all the beds and helped me when I struggled to close the ottoman and showed me the correct technique. He understood our needs and helped us manage our time and purchase even with 2 kids in row. Very friendly without being smarmy which I find most salespeople to be.
