The instore service was fantastic and staff accomodated us and spent time understanding our needs. When there was a minor fault with the frame (Loose screw thread) on the day, the delivery men were fantastic and dilligent in sorting the issue. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of their role. Well done! They were back within an hour to rectify the issue.

I was satisfied with the experience due to the help and assistance I was given by Sam. She took time to understand what I needed from my visit in store, including my budget, the products I was after and the types of beds I was interested in. She accommodated my needs even though I was fussy about size and look of the bed, even offering me a cup of tea! Her extensive knowledge of the products was evident and very useful when walking round the store to find the perfect fit bed! When spending a significant amount of money it is crucial that the correct customer service is in place and I am very happy with the service I received and can't wait until my new bed arrives! We were welcomed into the store within a couple minutes. Noel our assistant was extremely helpful and patient and as we were buying a memory foam bed we weren't sure exactly which one we wanted. He showed us about 4 different types and took the time to find a pillow to suit. We were very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend your company to other people.

Noel was really great. He offered constructive guidance and helped us understand the different options. He also finished off the deal beyond the 20.00 store closing time. He had a great way about him and as a consequence got an order for 3 beds.
