Dreams - Solihull

We had been in the store the day before and spoken to Chris briefly. He recognised us and served us with a smile. Our requirements were a little complicated but when he understood what we wanted he took us round to all the different mattresses allowing us ample time to try them. We never felt rushed at all. He also explained about removal of the old mattress which we agreed to and also the guarantee with the cover etc which we also took. He explained delivery would 4-5 weeks and on checking up he found they could deliver on 19th December. We also need to buy another 4 single beds and 2 x 2 zip and link mattresses in a couple of months but they are to be delivered to Scotland. Again he assured us this wasn't a problem. To finish off we were given some discount which was most acceptable. All in all we left the store very happy and we reckon we had the best salesman. A bit unfair on the rest as we didn't experience them. Thank you for your attention to our order. Jeannie Morrison

Very satisfied with the customer service we received for my nan who has purchased from dreams before and always had great customer service!! Very friendly and helpful as my nan is not very mobile making extra effort to help her and make sure she's comfortable.

Easy and hassle free.

Noel was very professional and not pushy. I visited twice. 1st time he gave me all the measurements and gave me a follow up call. When I was ready to purchase he was available and suggested other products to make me as comfortable as possible. If it wasn't for Noel I think I would have looked elsewhere.

We were served by 2 assistants-Noel and Chris. They were very attentive. They answered all our questions to our satisfaction. They were very curteous and polite. They made us feel very welcome, offering us a drink etc. The product we bought met our needs 100%. I would certainly re on end Dreams to our family and friends.

Great customer service, we were acknowledged on arrival and welcomed in the store and then left us to browse first, not pushy sales assistants..., we couldn't see a bed at first that we liked but the sales assistant came over and asked us questions and then showed us a bed in a different colour but style we liked which we wouldn't have known about. When we were ready to pick a mattress the sales assistant went through everything in more detail and explained the different mattresses to us without pushing us to the most expensive, she listened to our needs. We were offered tea/coffee which was also a nice touch. Overall extremely pleased with Dreams so far.
