We came into the store to purchase a mattress but was unsure what one to go for and we were helped by a new lady to your employment called Faye, she knew most things but sort help on one issue we had, we were greeted as soon as we entered and then Faye went through the various spring or non spring mattresses we could have, she did not rush us and was very helpful

Staff were excellent and Sam in particular. Really friendly and easy to get on with. Not pushy either and helped us find the best deal to suit our needs. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone. Well done!

A lovely sales assistant called Sam served us, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us while we made our choices. She understood our needs and recommended products for us while giving us her personal experience with the products. After we made our decisions she went through the delivery and payment options. She made our experience one that we will recommend to others and we will undoubtedly return to this Dreams store for future products.

Approached by several staff courteously and given appropriate swatch and requested information. Also, a coffee and a biscuit! Waited for Chris, who had advised my husband on a recent previous visit (he was dealing with another client), gave me chance to enjoy coffee and further browse.
