Dreams in Solihull Retail park your colleague Akhtar was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional, not pushy - best sales person I have come across in a long time. It was an expensive purchase and Akhtar made it much easier and could not do enough for us he was brilliant.

As I entered the store , I was approached and offered help in choosing the beds I required,the sales assistant went the extra mile with guidance on which beds was suited to our needs

The staff are so pleasant and helpful, and as a returning customer, I was given an extra discount, which I was delighted with. The item (sofa bed )is available online only, but they helped me with questions I had and were knowledgeable abut the product: all this persuaded me to buy rather than continue to research.

The chap in the store took time to listen to my requirements and budget , then showed the avaliable mattresses . He was polite and didn't put me under any pressure . I looked at other retailers in the area , but they couldn't match the price or quality of Dreams .

The sales assistant was very pleasant and helpful. I was offered a cup of tea or coffee which I refused.

We went in with an idea of bed we wanted and sales person listened to us and didn't try and sell used a different or higher price bed. He was very understanding and patient as had our 8 month old baby with us. There was no pressure to buy and made sure we were happy with our purchased

Akhtar who served us was very efficient, friendly and courteous. He was most helpful in assisting us in purchasing the bed we wanted, suggesting we could select one mattress from one display and a base from another, to make the perfect combination we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable in the products we bought, persuasive in helping us make up our minds to take extra insurance in protecting our new bed. We were offered a collection of our old bed for disposal, and given a mattress protector as part of our deal. I would recommend the Dreams Store to anyone who is doubtful as to exactly what they want when it comes to comfort and affordability in beds.
