The attendant was very knowledgeable regarding all pf the products that we viewed and demonstrated a very mature and helpful approach to dealing with our enquiries. We found what we wanted within a short eriod of time and without any pushyness on the assistants part. The ordering process was quick and efficient and the whole purchasing business was very good much facilitated by Akhtar.

It was a relatively enjoyable experience. The sales-man was very helpful, friendly and sociable. No pressure to buy which is always important. The product we went to purchase had been discontinued but we were directed to the replacement, which, in my opinion, was superior. Any questions we had were answered with no embellishment. Overall, a great salesman, with a good sense of humour and not afraid to treat us as human. We hope the bed lives up to expectations, which I'm sure it will, however, the exchange policy is great if we have made a mistake.

We have just moved from Australia and found that our furniture didn't fit upstairs. We needed specific furniture to fit a narrow stairway. We were given loads of options and the salesman was very helpful

We went back to dreams because of the positive experience on a prior purchase of a bed. We did not immediately see the same colleague who helped us before however we were able later to say thank you and that he was the reason we returned. Noel was extremely helpful, had excellent product knowledge in detail and unusually for a salesman actually listened to us and adjusted the call to fit our requirements. As a simple example, we buy based on our assessment of overall value and the last consideration will be price - we make our product decision first, know the value to us and negotiate price once we have decided what we want. Most salespeople in retail focus on price, price and price whereas as soon as we mentioned to Noel that we did not the bring the subject up, he never mentioned it again until the end of the purchase process. Noel also was the "all round" nice guy and should go far.
