The sales person was happy to spend time reassuring us. He gave us options, explained everything well so we understood and really took care of us and our needs.

I had taken a picture of the bedframe I wanted on my phone but I didn't see it in store. I was explaining it to the assistant and he got the name right! I was impressed with his product knowledge

I spoke to Andy initially on 28September and inquired about a bed in store. He was extremely helpful and informative as to the suitability of the bed for my particular needs. I then tried out several different mattresses which Andy was very knowledgable of and was able to make a choice. He then processed my order which included free delivery and setting up the bed as well as taking away the packaging - this was particularly helpful as I am planning to move into a rented property alone. When I came into store on 10 October, I was able to confirm my order - Andy was very efficient as well as friendly and he provided a high standard of service throughout. I would definitely visit the store again - I will need an additional bed fairly soon - the overall service at Dreams was first class.

Good service, got what I wanted

On our first visit Noel ( who I believe was the Manager) politely engaged with us upon entering the store and made us feel welcome whilst not pressurising us too much. His product knowledge was excellent and he fully understood our specific requirements and circumstances for our potential purchase. As promised Noel phoned us the following day and mentioned a promotion which would allow us to achieve our budget of what we wanted to spend. We revisited the following day and made our selection of bed and mattress. Everyone we spoke to was extremely courteous and professional.

Daren was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. He gave us some great tips and went the extra mile in making us feel valued customers. This was the third shop we visited today to make our purchase and by far the best.

Staff member in store was very helpful & knowledgeable. The delivery service was just as promised and the delivery staff were also very helpful. We ordered 2 mattresses for my mother in law and her disabled son and we are very pleased with both the product and standard of service received from start to finish.Excellent and we will definitley recommend you.
