Have you tried shopping for a new bed with a teenager? Well if you are the person to go to is Noel at Dreams in Shirley. He was terrific! My teenage daughter was treated like an adult. He happily showed her the differences between the beds, explained the reasons for choosing the right bed not just the one that looked the best! He gave her time to browse, to ask and answer questions. It turned out to be a great shopping experience. His polite, cheerful and upbeat manner was great. We will certainly be returning when we need a new bed and know who it is we will be dealing with. A great store, wide and varied range. Outstanding customer service from Noel and the bonus was a very happy and excited teenager. Thank you Noel.

Staff were available and knowledgeable without 'hovering'

I was just completed satisfied with the way your member of staff Andy in the Solihull branch looked after us. I did not realise how difficult it was to choose a mattress but he was so understanding and explained everything the main thing was I never felt rushed in to purchase. What a totally lovely guy and is a credit to your company.

We had not planned to visit this store but happened to pass it and so went in. We liked the range of products available under one roof. Chris was most helpful but not pushy. We abandoned the idea of going to our intended supplier because we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted at this store.

I visited the shop at 4.45pm, so was aware that it was quite late in the day. and I still had to visit a nearby store before that closed. I explained this to the assistant and he was extremely helpful. We discussed the bed, the mattress and delivery, swiftly but with all the details made clear. I bought the bed and arranged the delivery date, paid and was in time to collect my other goods. The assistant was friendly, clear, yet we had time for a laugh or two. I was really impressed with how the assistant did not pressurise me at all, listened carefully to what my needs were, answered all my questions, with out hesitation, looked up a measurement for me and so on. Yes, very impressed - this was a smooth buying experience. Can't wait to get my bed now! Thank you

Sales rep and other staff highly motivated and full of knowledge. They All took the time to fully engage with us and understand our needs and overcome any potential problems.

We bought our last bed from Dreams and were very happy with our purchase so thought we'd use Dreams again. We first visited a week ago and Andy at the Solihull branch was helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable but not 'in your face'. We explained what we were thinking about and he was so helpful. I have to admit, it's the sort of purchase that is so important and he didn't pressurise us in any way as we'd experienced in other retailers and he really knows his stuff. We went back today as our experience last week was just so easy and helpful. Although the store had what we were looking for, if the service had not been so good, we would have gone elsewhere. Andy really is a credit to your business and we'd like to say a massive thank you to him for all of his help and advice.
