EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EASE OF ORDERING

My wife and I entered the store in Shirely and were greeted by Chris, we gave him our requirements and our budget and he was able to provide us with a number of options. In the end we walked away having spent more than our planned budget but still with the feeling of value for money. Very professional and personable.

The assistant was friendly, efficient and knowledgable and could answer all our questions and guide us to the right product for our requirements.

Staff displayed an excellent professional attitude , were lknowledgable and helpful . They actually seemed to care and want sales. , unlike some other stalls I have visited .

Noel and Chris could not do enough to help us as we have a mental health son and they sorted us out with all our needs and was absolutely brilliant they are a credit to your company.

Mark looked after us very well. He got us from not knowing what we wanted to a clear decision in an unrushed manner.

We went to Dreams to get a overview of the types of matresses on the market.We had a open mind but wanted a firm matress. Noel greeted us on arrival and explained the layout and coloured pillow rating system. We were very impressed with the service and information we received from Noel. Including the Temper experience! We went to another retailer and compared their matresses with Dreams and found the prices cheaper at Dreams and delivery was much quicker ( 10 days as apposed to 4-6 weeks). We returned to Dreams and Noel took our order. We found Noel to be very knowledgable and an excellent salesman.

We visited the shop 3 times and Chris was every helpful, knowable, and friendly. All the staff at dreams Solihull were very friendly and helpful offering us drinks and answers all questions.
