We got exactly what we came for at a price we found affordable with the help of your store assistant he answered all are questions gave advice and never stopped smiling he was very accommodating..pleasurable shopping experience..

This is the second time I have been to the store. Chris helped me the first time with a new bunk bed for my daughter which I eventually ordered via the Internet. I was so happy with his support and advice I went back to the store and he was there again and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with measurements, quality and practicalities to help with what we needed for our loft conversion. My son and I left the store really enthused with a double bed, mattress, sofa bed and single blow up bed and we will come back to Chris when I purchase my new queenside bed next year - thanks Chris !

Noel spent a lot of time with us and showed great patience whilst we were deciding which bed we required. He had a pleasant and approachable manner which resulted in us having a relaxed and pleasurable buying experience.

The member of staff called Mark was lovely and extremely helpful and attentive. He demonstrated excellent product knowledge and guided us through our choice of bed, taking into account what we were looking for and tailoring the information he gave to our requirements. We left the store feeling happy with the excellent service mark gave us.

We were left alone to browse and walk around alone and freely, and at the right time Andy assisted us with his knowledge to help us choose the right mattress for us.
