The range of beds on display was wide and varied, from the mattress types, prices, additional options like drawers, and head boards. The details sheet at the end of each one was clearly laid out, gave all the information that was needed in a plain and understandable manner. The assistance I was given was very precise and extra options such as being able to match the fabric of the headboard to the bed was pointed out. My order was taken and processed very quickly and accurately, and the delivery date was matched to what I needed with no problems.

The assistant gave us all of the information that was relevant to us, and he was very attentive during our visit. We were given a (very nice!) pillow each, and left to try some beds with some guidance but without any pressure. The choice was very good, and the staff were friendly- we were even offered a cup of tea! Overall easy and excellent shopping experience.

The sales assistant was very friendly and informative without being pushy. He priced everything up that we were interested in. Overall it was a quick and easy experience.

Salesman,altho` quite new to the job was very helpful. I lay down on the mattress for as long as I wished and was given information about the composition of the mattress. I was also offered a cup of coffee! My order was processed smoothly. 2 or 3 days later I had a phone call informing me of an approximate delivery date.
