Your store was the first visited. The young man who served me appeared quickly and was extremely helpful. I asked him for what I wanted and he took me right to it. I was looking for a soft style mattress as I have rheumatism problems. He was so helpful especially as he seemed to have a bad throat, but was still very cheerful. Thank you.

The assistant was very helpful, but struck the right balance in terms of giving us space when it was clear we needed it, yet being there to answer questions and show us different products based on our answers, which enabled us to quickly find the right base & mattress for our needs.
