Ww Were greeted by Andy who was friendly and helpful with our decision to purchase. Noel took our order and was super polite and friendly

The knowledge of the advisor was very good and explained the different types of products and listened to our needs. He also would leave us to discuss with my partner but was near by for further questions. They made us feel welcome within the store by offering us a drink and allowing us to browse around the store. All staff were friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure for us to purchase anything on our visit.

The store staff were great, not to pushy and let us try and pick in our own time whilst being very knowledgable when we had questions around the product.

We were served by a sales assistant called Daren who really made our shopping experience pleasurable.

Akhtar , the store salesman was very friendly and extremely knowledgable . We tried several beds , mixing and matching mattresses and headboards etc, nothing was too much trouble. We liked a headboard in a particular colour that they didn't have in store. Akhtar proceeded to show us the headboard on the Internet, he was very helpful. We were offered drinks and when we encountered a problem getting through to creation finance, Akhtar couldn't apologise enough. He was very professional and got through to Barclays finance instead in no time at all. Would definitely come back to Dreams in the future and recommend to my friends and family.

We were served by Chris in the Solihull store and he was really great. He was very attentive, helpful and really knew what he was talking about. Talked us through all of the options and helped us make the decision that was most suited to our situation.

Very good service from the salesman

Helpful, polite, knowledgeable service. Not pushy. It's nice to be offered an extended warranty/guarantee product, decline it, and not then have the salesperson keep trying to push the product for the next five minutes. Other retail stores take note!
