Chris was outstanding. Very knowledgable, friendly without being pushy and allowed us plenty of time to try out different mattress and base combinations. One of the best customer experiences we've had in a long time - well done Chris!!

This is the first time we have visited the store. The very first bed we saw was the one we bought. Within seconds we were joined by Andy who guided my wife and myself through every detail and answered questions we put to him in a good and honest way. We were offered a drink more than once and put at ease. If only all assistants were like him we would enjoy shopping more. Now we hope the rest of the deal is as good, Delivery etc

Darren took time to understand our needs and analysed our current bed in suggesting suitable options and we are completely satisfied with the one chosen and thanks to his help found our ideal mattress. He was also friendly without being pushy and allowed us the time to reach our decision at our own pace.

The sales assistant Mark was very helpful. I needed a bed asap as my daughter's had broke ski needed it quick. He spent time with us going through what we needed. He understood when I said I needed to look around because of needing it quickly. He had been so helpful that once I'd looked around I bought a blow up bed for the meantime and went back to him as he had been the best in all the shops I had been to.

Greeted into the store. Assistant introduced himself. Very warm welcome.

Customer service was excellent. Informative and friendly staff, all that I would expect from a store and more.
