Andrew smith was very helpful and had good advice and suggestions as to the best bed for our needs , he was polite and friendly . All round great experience .

We were greeted by Noel who asked us what we were looking for in particular and pointed us in the right direction so we could browse for while. He then showed us the different types and the demonstrated the quality/strength of the storage drawers and led us through the different types of mattress for our requirements. He was brilliant which is no mean feat as my husband hates salesmen but he was impressed by Noel and decided to purchase then and there. Well done Noel. We would definitely recommend people to shop at Dreams.

As soon as we entered the store we were asked if we wanted help. The young man who attended to us was very pleasant and spent a considerable time with us, explaining the different products on offer and encouraged us to try them all out. It was an excellent experience and when we returned a few days later, the same young man dealt with us and was very efficient taking our order and answering all our questions. We were able to choose a delivery time to suit us and the delivery team were also very pleasant and good. An excellent service and experience.

As soon as I walked into dreams I was greeted with a very friendly smile. From there mark listened to my requirements and helped me to choose what I needed. I was not rushed into making a decision. I highly recommend to my family and friends to go to dreams the staff are great and knowledgeable.

The choice that the store had was excellent and the knowledge of Chris the salesman. Once speaking to us quite quickly he could point us in the direction of the bed and mattresses he thought would be right for us. We even got to try out the tempur bed that moves and massages to your individual needs, then a tea after. What could be better! 😊👍
