Dreams - Solihull

My wife and I went in to Dreams just to get a price idea for a Hypnos mattress. We were told that you no longer supplied Hypnos but had two left in stock on special offer, one of which was a king size. Long story short it was a bit firmer than I would probably have chosen if you had the range, but the price we paid was astounding for this quality of mattress, and it is comfy too. So my satisfaction was price driven and right place right time, but that does not take away from the help we received. The salesman converted well, but he had the price/product to do it with and we knew it was happening. I will just mention that after the piece of s*** we bought last time(memory) a Hypnos was all I was interested in. Relyon here that!

We were welcomed nicely as a family. No pressurised atmosphere or someone trying to tell us what we should be getting or making it an expensive purchase. We was dealt with professionally and it suited our needs we will deffinatfly be going again and alrwady spoke to family members.

Darren was absolutely amazing and very helpful with our decision in choosing our new bed. He was very honest with his information given, which made it easier to select the bed we wanted. The most friendliest and best customer service myself and my partner have experienced considering his wasn't in best health he was still very helpful. Thanks Darren.

Visiting the dreams store in Solihull was a very nice experience for my daughter and myself. The colleague who served us was lovely and helpful, and gave us lots of product knowledge on describing the beds and mattresses we were looking for. Her name was Ellen, and her Manager was also very helpful. We bought a lovely bed and mattress and also a memory foam pillow.

I was with 3 Octogenarians all with similar but different needs. The salesman, Noel, took time to understand them and was extremely patient describing and demonstrating the various options and alternatives. He was polite and friendly throughout, but not patronising and, as a result, secured 3 orders of a combined value close to £3000

Ellen was extremely courteous, understanding and helpful, as were other members of staff even changing the mattress I was interested in over to another divan base to see that I was able to lift the base to access the storage.

Offered a drink very early on and then given advice on a range of products. Once we had decided the process of purchasing was painless and rapid.

We were greeted on entering the store, the layout & placement of beds was explained. We were given time on our own to make our decision and didn't feel over pressure to buy.
