Approached when we entered the store and asked what we were looking for and then directed to the appropriate area and explained how they were catorised. Then left to browse ( how wonderful not to be pressurised) When we had made our decision we looked for the assistant who first approached us and asked a few relevant questions which he answered with ease and confidence. No pressure so we bought what we came looking for without feeling pressurised ( how wonderful)

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The assistant made the whole process of making this purchase a friendly and knowledgeable experience. Having visited various rival stores it was his enthusiasm along with the product that clinched the deal.

Prompt attention when entering the store and directed to the item we wished to purchase and given a general description of each type,then left to browse with no hard sell ( wonderful) After making our descision we approached original salesman to ask a few questions that were answered easily with a good knowledge of the product hence we purchased

All the staff were polite,cheerful and helpful. Chris Perks looked after us and advised us very well. We were even offered a coffee.

The assistant guided us through the products and left us to look around and then came back to check and told us more about the product we were going to buy and understood our needs

Your sales person gave information when appropriate without crowding us. We were able to try the various options in our own time to allow us to make an informed choice.

Really friendly staff who did their best to help us select a mattress, making sure we always had a pillow and they were friendly to our young daughter.

We were served by Andy. He was very friendly yet professional and had a thorough knowledge of the products available. Store was in excellent condition. Very satisfied with our purchase
