Excellent service received from Chris in Shirley store, fantastic product knowledge, very friendly and helpful. Overall a stress free and friendly experience when purchasing our beautiful new bed.

The assistance I received was excellent, the fella was very attentive and helpful without applying pressure. I didn't really know what I wanted but I was very happy with what I got and, importantly, I got there without much fuss or faff.

The sales advisor, Andrew, was very pleasant and helpful during my two visit to the store. The products on show were clean, well labelled and there was a good variety.

Very knowledgable sales person went through various aspects of mattress available. Also took time to move furniture around eg chest of drawers putting next to bed and measuring up to ensure right fit for the room intended.
