Chris at the Solihull retail park branch was very good. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured at all, and were given as much time as we wanted to browse the store before discussing what we needed.

WE were approached as soon as we entered the store, although there were other people there. We asked for a certain product, firm mattress and we were shown 3 different products. I tried them all and the salesman went away to enquire about delivery times. The times fell in with our plans and we purchased the goods.

Assistant Andrew Smith (AS62) was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient as I could not make my up my mind quickly between choosing between two mattresses. He went above and out of his way to be helpful. He is a credit to your company.

This store is bright and spacious with easy parking access. The store assistant gave us his undivided attention and was very knowledgable of his experience in beds. Every question was answered clearly and concisely. A pleasant experience.
