The Assistant was knowledge about the products available and advised us in choosing a bed without making us feel pressured to do so. The choice of beds was broad and helped us to select a bed which met the needs of disability.

The assistant was very helpful and had excellent product knowledge. He knew when to leave us alone and was available as soon as we had a question. He offered us a cup of tea and gave us pillows to use as we tried the mattresses. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Sales advisor spent a lot of time helping us and listened to what we said rather than following his own script or agenda. Offered drinks. Staff gave us time when we needed it but were available when needed. Good range of mattresses. Ordering was quick and easy and delivery is sooner than we expected.
