V helpful salesman - friendly and efficient

I knew more or less what I wanted having researched online. Andy, the sales assistant was most helpful and pointed out the bed in question. He also pointed out another for comparison. He ensured I had plenty of time to try out the bed. He was helpful, but left me alone to discuss the purchase of the bed with my daughter. His manner was most friendly and approachable - even offering us a hot drink. This was a lovely touch. He answered my questions and showed me other products I was interested in. He offered advice with regards to the colour. There was a choice of delivery dates and he was very informative and reassuring about delivery and recycling.

I thought the colour coding system of the bed types was a really helpful way of choosing the right bed and helped narrow things down, but I must say the level of service and knowledge from Mark who served us was incredible. All too often I go into stores and get pushy sales people who turn out to know very little, but Mark was brilliant — his knowledge was fantastic and he was really helpful and just advised us and gave us space to make our minds up without pushing us. I'd really like for you to pass on our thanks to him and tell his manager how great he was — give that man a pay rise! All in all really satisfied so far, really pleased with the bed we picked, a good selection in store and it can be delivered exactly when we need it, and as I say the service was top notch, well done.

We were served by akhtar who was very welcoming and friendly. We gave him a ruff guideline of what we were looking for, and he found the perfect product for us!. Then upon placing the order was quick and everything was explained brilliantly. Akhtar was easy to talk to made my purchase with my girlfriend a actual fun experience. I will definitely by recommending dreams and especially Akhtar, who is a credit to your store and company.

It makes a very pleasant change in today's shopping experiences to have a salesman good at his job, polite but not pushy, seemingly more interested in getting it right for the customer than meeting any personal sales targets and enjoying his job.

We were very pleased with our visit to Dreams, Solihull, on Sunday 15th May. We were served by Chris, who was very friendly and efficient, he made our shopping experience enjoyable. Our visit to the store was very efficient, we knew what we wanted and any questions we had were answered.

The assistant at Solihull was extremely helpful, friendly and not overtly pushy/'sale man' like. This was our second visit to a Dreams store and the lady at Leamington Spa was also extremely helpful in a very similar style. We felt welcomed but not pressurised by either store.

Mark, the assistant, was excellent in helping us choose the divan and headboard we were looking for. It was a pleasant experience not being 'pushed' into any decision. If we had been we would have walked out. Mark had the perfect balance of being very helpful but not making decisions for us. Keep up the good work.

The shop assistant Noel was very patient ad explained in great deal our options. Even when we could not make up our mind and left the store he was great when we called back and imediatly placed a sold sign on the item and waited for us to return to th store. Great service nothing was too much trouble, and even wen we could not decide, he was very accommodating.

Chris, the sales advisor was very helpful and new his stuff. He went out of his way to help us and was not pushy or over bearing in anyway.
