Without exception both Mark and Noel were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable without an pushy sales talk.

Very good customer service, answered all concerns with good technical knowledge. Did not feel pressurised , and allowed us the time to make up our mind on choice. Daren was very professional and helpful.

Immeatiatly asked if I wanted assistance as I entered Door. Assistant gave ne hid FULL attention despite presence of other potential cusyomers. Assistant found and posted-on sales paperwork that I left on his desk - he could have said 'yes I've got it come and get it'. A pleasant sales/purchase experiance.

The assistant understood my particular needs and was able to provide a solution to my complete satisfaction in a time scale which was very helpful.

The sales assistant (Akhtar) made the difference. We never felt like we were being "sold to" - Akhtar listened (patiently!) to our needs and helped us make our final choice. Akhtar was fantastic - we don't think the level of service could have been better. He made the difference.

Very good customer service

My husband and I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful, particularly Chris, a lovely young man (in his twenties), who spent time with us answering our questions and explaining the different types of beds. He also pleased our 5 year old daughter by giving her one of the promotional pink balloons. We were very impressed at the colour coding of the beds and thought that was a great idea as we were looking for a pocket sprung bed, which was 'green'. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience which we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Given time to look around at leisure before been given personal assistance when needed. The assistant (Andrew) was highly knowledgable,courteous and non pressurised with his assistance. We were able to test out beds several times before arriving at a decision and given the necessary time to make our decision with personal recommendations. The sale was concluded informally and quickly going through the payment options to suit our needs.
