My experience was a good one as I got shown around and advised really well the customer service was very good it was quick and simple to purchase the product and I was happy with the product

My wife and I visited your store in Solihull today looking for a new bed for our daughter and were delighted with the service we received from Noel. As we entered the store we were met with a pleasant welcome to Dreams and then left alone to have a look around - Perfect! After a few minutes Noel approached us and established our needs, then explained in simple language the different mattress options. Noel was really knowledgeable but not at all pushy and we both felt at ease throughout. I wanted to get some comparisons so we went over the Carpet Right and quite frankly they were no comparison either on choice, standards or service so we quickly left and came back to buy from Noel. We got the bed we wanted and a quick delivery date - Result! Noel is Golden and we will be returning shortly to buy our bed which will be at the higher end of your range. Thanks Nick & Becky Stokes

EXCELLENT SALES ADVISER CHRISTOPHER WHO PUT NO PRESSURE ON MY WIFE NOR ME BUT OFFERED SUPERB ASSISTANCE & ADVICE WITHOUT "THE HARD SELL" ALTHOUGH IT WAS LATE IN THE DAY. MY WIFE ADVISED SHE WOULD LIKE TO SEE OTHER BEDS FIRST AT NEARBY OPPOSITION (BENSONS) BUT AFTER A FEW MINUTES IN THEIR STORE, WE RETURNED TO DREAMS, & AGAIN SAW CHRISTOPHER. 2 CUPS VERY NICE COFFEE SERVED DISCUSSED FURTHER OUR POSSIBLE PURCHASE (AFTER ALL WE ALL SPEND A LONG TIME IN BED) & WANTED TO ENSURE IT MET OUR REQUIREMENTS & WITH SUCH A WONDERFUL SELECTION ALL CLEARLY MARKED. WE THEN PLACED OUR 2 ORDERS WITH CHRISTOPHER. OUR ORDER & HAD 2 NEW COFFEE MUGS TO TAKE HOME.

We spoke to Chris she's product knowledge was excellent. He was able to answer all our question. He showed us the difference in quality. He allowed us to browse but was on hand when we required him. He did not push us into the sale and there was an excellent selection for us to choose from. We had previously looked in John Lewis but the service here at Dreams outshone John Lewis. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and will be returning for an additional bed for our spare room later in the year.

We were acknowledged by a Dreams member of staff immediately upon entering the store, with confirmation that he would be available should we have any questions. We were not pressured, but the staff member did come over to us on 4 separate occasions to offer information about the beds we were looking at, but promptly left us to it to continue browsing. He remained in sight, but at no point did we feel uncomfortable. We decided on a bed, asked a couple of questions which were answered immediately and then placed our order, all of which took no more than 10 minutes.

Within moments of entering the store, Noel saw us browsing the beds and immediately offered his assistance. I already had an idea what I was looking for after using the dreams website for a couple of weeks. Noel was able to show me a bed frame that was more suitable to my needs and had good knowledge of the tempur product range. Very pleased with my purchase

Noel was very friendly and welcoming. He offered my a drink straight away and then started asking what I was looking for and showed my some options. I'd already researched what I wanted online, but Noel managed to show and sell me a bed more suitable to my needs

Chris was very helpful, and sympathetic to the fact that I could not stand for very long due to bad back. He explained the product extremely well and then stood back whilst we considered it. Once we placed the order it was done without a hitch. Very pleasant gentleman.

overall staff were very helpful, and were not pushy, so I liked that. needed the bed quicker, supplier taking over 4 x weeks to supply is not good.
