Sales assistant extremely knowledgeable and helpful, when directing me towards the product particularly for my needs. Considering the 'Bed' stores I visited prior to Dreams.... Without doubt, Dreams had the most outstanding selection of choice.

We were made to feel at ease and even offered coffees without being pushed to make purchases. The staff were, friendly, professional and the service was quick. Wanted a divan bed with just two drawers on the one side and were happy to find this easily with help of staff.

We found the item we wanted to purchase very easily. We had been looking for a few minutes and then a very helpful member of staff (Andy) came over to discuss the bed with us as well as other similar items. He was very helpful talking us through our options and explaining delivery etc to us.

Andy knew his job he answered with knowledge of the product you inquired about .No pressure.We arrived late Evening ,but we still got the same service as if it were the beginning of the Day.

We felt welcomed by the staff, particularly Chris who served us. He remembered us from our previous visit a few weeks back. He was excellent in giving us help and information when we needed it and space and time to discuss when we needed it. He was quite simply amazing. We visited many bed shops and found some offers which were very similar but we ultimately bought the bed from Dreams because the assistance Chris offered was outstanding and he went a long way to build excellent rapport with us.
