the bed was the most softest thing I've ever lay on. the assistant was also extremely helpful and polite

The Assistant Mark was very helpful not pushy he showed us what we were looking for told us lots of things about the bed showed us various parts of bed and how they worked. Mark was polite and knowledgable. We found our visit to Dreams a pleasant experience and the item was reduced too what more could we ask.

Andrew was our server and very helpful and very patient. My mom has mobility issues and he was very sympathetic and knowledgeable about your products which helped us make our decision.

Initially helped by Mark who was very polite and informative giving help when needed but never felt rushed and a nice touch changing pillows on the beds so could get a better feel of what they would be like at home. Then returned and were served by Noel who was very helpful and efficient when placing order.
