The salesman Andy was able to answer all my questions and help me to decide what mattress was best for me without any pressure to buy.

store was friendly and delivery men, martin and dave were very friendly and helpful.

The young man who showed us the product was very well dressed and looked as though he was interested in talking and advising us as customers, his name was Akhtar, what he wasn't sure of he went away and found out the answer to the question. For him he scores 10/10

Our experience shopping at this branch was a pleasure ,as we was allowed to take our time and not pressurised in anyway.

The knowledge of the member of staff was extremely high, I told him I had some back problems and he showed me a mattress which would help, suffice to say I bought one and some pillows.

There were great sales on over the Easter holiday and Andy the assistant was very honest and helpful in helping us choose the right bed for our needs!

I experienced a friendly non pressured visit and had all the information needed given to me in a timely manner.

Told the sales assistance what I was after, was shown some beds and mattresses. Decided on which bed and mattress I wanted to purchase and then paid for them. Was in and out the store within 15 minutes

We knew what we were looking for, well I did, my husband wasn't so sure. We need a replacement for our old Ben which we bought from dreams eight years ago. Having spent a few minutes wandering around looking, we were approached by a young man who commented on the bed we were trying, adding more info about that particular one. He asked is it was what we wanted and my husband explained that he liked it but I didn't and we wanted different things. So he suggested we try certain beds, and brought us temper pillows to lie on and take with us to the different beds. This helped us narrow down the choices and enabled us to make a firm decision. We made our choice with 20 mins of entering the shop. We were also offered a calculator to help us calculate how much it,would be on interest free. Very happy with the level of service, but also the product.
