I did have to wait to been seen. The staff member was very helpful and polite. He answered all my questions at ease. Extremely satisfied.

It was a very pleasant experience mainly due to the service received and friendliness of the staff.

The assistant Chris shared his varied knowledge with an equal amount of allowing us time to consider our purchase. His colleagues were also friendly

When we entered the store we had a very warm welcome. We were offered coffee and tea and given time to consider our purchase options. The store was pleasant and spacious and well laid out. There was plenty of parking outside. The staff were knowledgeable and clearly well trained and customer focused.

Sales assistant Mark was very good-knowledgable, not pushy, explained things well, backed off to give us space to consider, generally a very good experience compared to other stores visited. Easy colour coded way of finding the bed you want & a very substantial choice.

We were very pleased with the service the minute we walked through the door courtesy in every way would reccomend easily

I am very satisfied with my experience. Noel was very present and listened to what I wanted and showed me the products you had in store I felt no pressure in buying straight away and I was able to look around at my own leasure. I was greeted by a smile and the atmospher was welcoming.

Sales person was very helpful and we are having delivery really quick so very impressed. Sales person was called Andy. Validation Code B315
