Helpful staff, good kowledge, not pushy,friendly atmosphere

Good advice from Noel who gave me plenty of time to think about what I wanted. No pressure, just useful advice based on what I had told him.

We bought the bed we were looking on sale and bought a bed cover and pillows also on sale. We also had the bed cover thrown in for free.

Sales assistants not too pushy allowing me to browse the different products and then offered help and advice on my requirement choosing the right bed to suit my needs. Very friendly and obliging staff. i

I like the fact that we were greeted and offered advice straight away, but then was allowed to look around without pressure to buy. But told by Mark that when we were ready he was available to give further advice or assistance. He was very pleasant and helpful with out rushing us into making a decision, he made placing the order very easy and explained the delivery details to us.

Andy was very approachable and helped us understand teh product and the benefits of the matress. spent time with us and order was completed quickly

General customer care and knowledge of products. Came with my sister as she had recently purchased a bed and frame. Spoke with Noel who had also assisted my sister when she made her purchase.

Very efficient and friendly service from Andy. Myself and my partner visited the store a few weeks ago to browse and we're given very good advice, product knowledge and service from Andy. We returned today to purchase our bed and Andy was extremely helpful and processed the order quickly and with ease. Thank you!

We found the staff members to be very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, they were polite and did not harass us, they were there when we had a question but left us to browse on our own. The store was clean and we even got a cup of tea made by the manager. We asked could we have our delivery delayed as we are still having work on the property and the staff was very helpful assistanting us. Great service.
