Mark was very helpful. Gave us all the information about the different mattresses, was not pushing but gave us time to make our decision and a cup of coffee..

The assistant, Mark, was very patient with my Mum who is in her 80's. Mark showed us a variety of beds ranging from the quite expensive to a lower price, as my Mum didn't want to pay much more than a £1,000 he found us a lovely base and headboard to match and then a really good less expensive mattress, she was delighted.

I purchased a bed with my son the previous week the assisstance was very pleasant, I went to the same assissance to purchase my own mattress

The friendliness of the person who helped us and his knowledge. There was no pressure from him to buy and he spent time going through the products we were interested in and didn't rush us.

Was not not looking to make purchase of bed just went into store to pay my sister's balance other purchase but was going to get new mattress but decided to buy bed and mattress because we loved the look of the one we chosen
