I was in the store with my sister and as we entered we were left alone to look for a while till we needed assistance of which Dreams assistant Chris was ready to help in all my queries. I took a lot of Chris's time and experience helping me choose the type of Bed, Mattress and Pillows that I need. We did a lot of trying out the items with my sister and we were also offered a cup of coffee during our time there. We felt very welcome with the friendly assistance we received. Chris gave me a good deal on the sale. He was patient and professional in the way he handled us both.

All of the staff were helpful, and very friendly, offering advice that was not a sales pitch.
