Acktar at the solihull/shirley retail park store methodically took us through the bed/matress options available to us taking into account our specific needs. He has excellent product knowledge and insight and delivered this in a friendly, courteous and professional manor. He provided us with an excellent experience.

I thought I knew what I was after, and when I visited the store, your employee, Noel, was very helpful. He could have just sold us the head board and have been done with us. However, Noel asked us key questions for consideration. These questions made us think again about the product we were after, and we're really please he did. I think think we'd have been ultimately satisfied with our original choice.

Having not bought a bed for a long time I needed to be made aware of my choices and products available. All my questions were answered and I gained knowledge that enabled me to make a purchase. I was given some time alone to consider my decisions and given feedback to my thoughts. Family recommendation to visit Dreams and worth it.

Noel was a charming young man who was prepared to spend as much time with me as required. He explained in depth the various types of springs and did not mind how many times I wanted to try the various mattresses out. He even made me a cup of tea. Having explained that I needed to consider how I would pay for my new mattress he came up with the perfect interest free plan for me. He went the extra mile in contacting his manager to get me a better deal over 20 months to spread the cost of the monthly payment, very important to me as a retired person. He was polite and cheerful throughout.
