Mark, who served us, was very informative without being pushy. He understood our needs and was keen to show us the sort of products we were interested in. He gave us plenty of time to practice lying on various beds!When we eventually landed on the bed we though we wanted, he was happy to see if he could help us with price, as it was a little over budget. This involved getting Noel (the Manager) to come over and pick up the sale - and Noel too was extremely understanding, cheerful and cooperative. All in all, a pleasant experience. Dreamy even!

I went into Bensons as well and found it more expensive, more confusing and the sales assistant totally contradicted everything Andy had told me about the best beds for dust mite allergy. I googled it there and then and realised Andy was totally correct in what he was telling me. I went back and placed the order with Andy at Dreams.

INFORMATION PROVIDED ABOUT THE PRODUCTS WAS WELL DISPLAYED AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. THERE WAS GOOD CHOICE AND THE ABILITY TO MIX AND MATCH BED FRAMES WITH MATTRESSES WAS VERY HELPFUL. ASSISTANTS WERE FRIENDLY AND PROVIDED GOOD ADVICE.

We were struggling with the various mattress types & comforts. Noel was patient & helpful. We've been in a few times before but never purchased - but Noel made it easy.

We found the member of staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us great service and was not pushy at all. Both my husband and I have been retail Managers of superstores and would have been very happy to have this member of staff working in our teams. This is the first time we have ever visited Dreams and would definitely return for further purchases.

the sales man was extremely helpful as my partner and I had completly different ideas as to the type of bed we wanted. The assistant was very knowledgeable on the products and was able to advice us on a matress that suited both our needs.

All products were on display and easily accessible for inspection and trial. The assistance given by Noel was excellent and he was highly informative and respectful.

Prior to Christmas 2015, I visited your outlet for the first time. The assistance I received from Chris was excellent. However, having ascertained the cost of 2 manufacturers I could not make up my mind and questioned the affordability. I returned to your store on 28th January, asked to speak to Chris, tried the 2 beds again and received assistance from Chris, who in turn was provided / offered assistance by the 2 other male assistants during the quotation and anticipated delivery date. I was very impressed by the back up and team work and placed the order.
