Dreams - Solihull

We were highly satisfied as Andy was very knowledgeable regarding the products and gave us a lot of information and was helpful but was not pushy and gave us time to decide on the product we wanted.

1. Products were in store to see & feel 2. Staff friendly and approachable 3. Walked in heavily pregnant and asked if there were midi kids beds to look at. Staff member said yes, pls use the lifts to go upstairs and I will have someone up there to meet you. 4. Got upstairs Andy was there to meet me at the bed I wanted (psychic). 5. He let Leo my son get in the bed and treat it as if it was already in his room. This made me feel confident in purchasing as I could see genuinely Leo lived the bed and felt relaxed. 6. Andy interacted with Leo on a genuine level 7.Andy was not at alll pushy 8. Andy had excellent product knowledge 9. I felt really confident with this purchase and the price, like it was my decision and I had all the facts to make it. 10. Andy gave me and Leo's dad space to talk to each other to make a decision ourselves while Andy chatted with Leo.

Andy was very helpful and was able to guide us through the seemingly complex procedure of selecting the right product for our needs. While we know that Benson's is a sister company, we found that the way that the beds were presented at Dreams, with the coloured covers on the sample beds which was carried through to the beds on display, was very helpful and far better than the Benson's system.

We went in knowing what we wanted. Ewan actively listened to our needs and our budget and he assisted us in finding the right product to meet our needs, knowing quickly and efficiently where the items were in the shop so he could take us straight to them. I like the fact that he gave us lots of information to help us to make an informed choice without putting on a 'hard sell' which would have put us off buying with Dreams. We actively sought him out the following day, he remembered us and dealt with our order efficiently and with patience when we asked questions.

My partner and I were looking for a mattress that was of pocket spring design and contained no foam topper that was made with natural products. When Chris approached us we were very specific about our requirements and he guided us through the various options that met our criteria. He had very good product knowledge and within fifteen minutes we had a short list of four mattresses. We were given plenty of time to try out each mattress, Chris even brought us an extra pillows to ensure we were comfortable. In the last 8 years I have had three mattresses, I just wish that Dreams had been open in Solihull earlier. Great customer service, great products.

The price was good as it was in the half price sale, and the store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable

Had visited another Dreams store on the Coventry Road and didn't have the same positive view on the beds as I did at Shirley. The sales assistant was caring friendly and none pushy whilst still informing us of all the great benefits of a Dreams bed. The beds in the Coventry Road store looked dirty and the store didn't have the same appeal as the Shirley branch.

Warmly greeted by Daren (sales person). Gave me the chance to talk about what we were looking for. Showed me a number of products which matched what I was looking for.
