Andy greeted us on arrival in the store, explained about the differences in mattresses, left us to browse then returned to see if we needed any more help. Then he showed us a variety of beds before asking if we had time for the Dreams experience. We then spent 5 mins in trying out the tempur mattress whilst watching a demo of the tempur bed. Andy then showed us different tempur mattresses and pillows before we decided to buy. Excellent service from start to finish

Mark our sales assistant was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and he gave us time to discuss our options, without forcing a sale or crowding us. Mark was friendly efficient and polite.

Fantastic guidance in picking a mattress from Mark. He didn't pester or hassle us (which makes a pleasant change from the usual salesman!), but gave us valuable knowledge at intervals throughout our visit. We felt very welcome and relaxed, and this is all thanks to Mark.

We entered the store in Soihull Retail park and ask for assistance for choosing a mattress. The sales assistant,Akhtar, was very helpful and gave us the facts about the different types of mattress. we tried at least four before deciding on an Orchard D mattress. I have a problem with my spine and a dropped left foot so I needed to be able to have a fairly firm bed. My wife on the other hand wanted softer type but this was a comprimise and we hope it will be suitable for us both
