We visited Dreams yesterday and had an excellent, friendly and pleasant experience. The sales guy Noel was very informative and was not pushy at all - no pressure was applied at all and this is what gave a good experience. The bed was for my 21 year old daughter and he explained in clear language the mattress types and bed types and made her feel at ease throughout the whole experience. It was a pleasure to purchase the bed and mattress from Noel.

Staff immediately available and very knowledgeable. The only 'problem' was that the mattress we wanted seemed to be the only one not in the sale!

Mark was excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. he made the whole experience of spending money almost a joy :)

We visited Dreams with what we had in mind.with assistance in store & under no pressure we said we would have a look around two different stores as well to see what the variety of beds was available within our buget.We returned to Dreams within about 20 mins.Having set our mind on a certain bed on return to the store we changed our mind on both bed & mattress,felt satisfied without being under pressure & made the purchase.

I liked the approach taken by the member of staff - he was very good at explaining the relative benefits of various products. He answered all questions and gave advice without trying to persuade me to buy a certain product. I like the range of prices and the lack of 'hard sell'. I liked the fact the no-one tried to sell me finance. The assistant offered an extra discount from the delivery price and had the authority to make this decision which gave me confidence in him. The displays in the showroom were colour coded making it easier to understand and remember the various choices. Prices were clearly displayed and there were no hidden extras.
