We found the sales person Chris very helpful, he explained everything to us, made us a coffee and left us to try the beds out.... No pressure selling but was on hand when we needed him... Plenty of choice in the shop and clear to understand the different bed stations....

Very good assistance and staff helpful. Would be better to be left alone a bit more whilst wandering the store as staff could come across a bit too helpful.

We received assistance from Noel in the Solihull store. He was very helpful but not at all pushy and left us to take some time to review the products on offer.

Noel was extremely helpful and informative. Such a massive range of products to choose from. Great being able to test out different mattresses to see which suited us and seeing the different sizes available.

I came into store to by my child a bed however after assistance from a young sales assistant I I stead opted to by myself a TV bed and mattress which was great value for money and exceeded my needs

From when we first entered the store we were greeted by Mark who had excellent knowledge on the products available and could answer any questions we had regarding the purchase. Wasn't at all pushy but very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Thank you
