Got exactly what we wanted very quickly

We wanted to try out three different beds that we had researched on Dreams web site, Daren the assistant at our local store introduced himself and directed us to the particular beds that we were interested in, he then left us to try out the beds to make us lovely coffee, he answered all our questions honestly and with efficiency. Even though the store was very busy with costumers and having just taken delivery of new stock for the store he still took time to give us everything we wanted and needed to know. Chris and Daren made our purchase go very smoothly and were both very helpful and cooperative... well done Dreams!!

Chris was incredibly helpful in finding the exact bed I was enquiringly about. He gave me all the information I needed and was very helpful with the bed cover and also helping sort and explain the finance options to me.

My overall experience was excellent. Chris who served me was friendly, very knowledgable and helpful during my time in store. He was patient yet didn't push me to buy a particular product which made the whole experience pleasant. I would highly recommend the store and its staff.

From the moment I walked into the Solihull Dreams and I was greeted by Andrew I felt that my custom and requirements were paramount. Nothing was too much trouble even though I was requesting a 'big ask' by requiring a Superking Bed for Christmas. Andrew and his Manager made me tea whilst they searched to fulfil my requirements. The bed was sourced and purchased. Emails constantly updated me on delivery and the two guys who delivered my bed on the 18th December were great. They unloaded the bed, took great care in protecting my carpets, put the bed in the right position and made sure it was set up correctly before removing all packaging. I was apprehensive about buying from a chain but this experience has been nothing short of fantastic and I would not hesitate from not only recommending them but also purchasing other beds from Dreams of Solihull - Well Done everyone and Thank You!

Incredibly helpful and patient service. Took the time to understand our needs and concerns. Was not pushy and made us feel very comfortable that the decision to buy our chosen mattress was right for us, and not just the salesman trying to pressure us to get the most expensive product. He was even prepared to move mattresses around the store so that we could try them out on a different style of bed.
