The store was well laid out, the salesman wasn't in your face which is a good thing. Especially after quite the opposite in a rival bed store which resulted in us leaving rather quickly after we felt uncomfortable with their approach. The dreams salesman gave just the right amount of attention and provided useful information when he did speak with us. We felt under no pressure which meant the process was enjoyable rather that stressful!!

All the staff were professional but relaxed (in a good way) and very helpful (offered our young daughter a drink that she needed without our requesting it. Thank you
