The day before we made the purchase, we visited the store to browse. The welcome by Andy Smith was great and he immediately questioned us about our needs. He then spent time talking us through our options. It was due to his service that we returned to this store as opposed to Kings Heath which is where we usually go. Returning to the store a day later, he allowed us to browse in our own time then he talked us through several options. He was very knowledgeable, polite and not too pushy which I find an instant turn off in a sales situation. It was probably due to this technique that we ended up spending double what we intended!!

Mark was highly knowledgeable when informing us on the choices in store. He was not pushy and didn't hover. Made us feel welcome and didn't push for a decision. Would definitely come back to purchase our next bed from him.

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by Andrew Smith (Solihull store) who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us good advice, and left us with time to have a look ourselves. We were only in store to get a mattress; we ended up coming out with a bed frame and two bedside tables too! He showed us furniture that matched the bed (which we weren't even aware of) and helped us to think about how it would look in our bedroom. Andrew was reassuring throughout the whole process and could answer any questions that were asked. Extremely happy with the service offered!

From the moment of entering the store, we found all staff to be very friendly and approachable without being overbearing. Noel dealt with us throughout our visit showing us relevant products, discussing things and answering our questions. He willingly provided us with a detailed quote despite us only looking at that stage. I subsequently paid 3 further visits to the store and each time Noel was equally helpful. When it finally came to me ordering he went through everything carefully and even rang me today with a follow up query to make sure nothing had been missed. I'm very impressed altogether.

Mark guided us through the choice of mattresses & his help was clear, informative & we valued his knowledge & experience. Whilst he remained attentive during our decision making (we lay on quite a few beds !) at no time did we feel pressured to buy or to choose any particular bed. High pressure salesmen are a total turn off & would make us leave a store on principle. I'm pleased to say that was not Mark's style & that suited us perfectly. We were then amazed to discover he has only recently started working at the store. He made parting with our money a pleasant & pain free experience !. Thanks also to Noel who pleasantly & efficiently guided us all through the payment process.
