Though at first our choice couldnt be met due too item being discontinued we were satisfied when we came back to your store even though there were a few bed stores near too yourselves

The salesman went out of his way to be helpful, including swapping the bed base of a mattress so we could try it on a sprung base instead of on a divan.

The service by Lee was excellent and satisfied our needs. He focused on to my needs and the result was --a purchase of a product that will satisfy that need!

No hard sell, only gently questions which guided us to the bed that we finally chose. He said he would rather sell us what suited rather than oversell, as we would be happier and tell others of the experience. He was right, we have.

A wide range to try at competative prices.Excellent support from the sale staff Andy who had a wide knowledge of the product was frendly and attentive without being to pushey.This is the second mattress i have bought and the sevice i recieved then, made me decide, to choose Dreams again.

We were very happy with the service we received at Dreams at the Solihull Retail Park and would definitely recommend this store. On entering the store we were welcomed by Noel who, after establishing our needs and putting us at ease, left us to browse. Whilst browsing we were assisted by Akhtar who provided specific product knowledge confidently. We were looking for a bed frame and mattress and Akhtar was extremely patient and helpful while we deliberated. At no point during our visit did we feel pressured to make a purchase and this was refreshing. We had visited other retailers, but the level of customer service and product knowledge from Dreams was the best by far.

Neil was very knowledgable and did as much as he could to help us to make the right decision of the mattress and bed that we wanted. He was friendly explained everything clearly.

The assistants were knowledgeable and very helpful but not pushy, the store is well laid out with the colour coordinated pillows and throw to designate the type of mattress. The price match and 40 night trial or change polices.
